Cataloging Data Assets
We provide consulting and ingestion support for KP business and IT teams to catalog their metadata in the KP Data Discovery Center (KPDDC) application powered by Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud software.
Data Cataloging, Data Classification, and Data Ingestion
An enterprise data catalog provides visibility to the business, and technical metadata to know what data KP has and where it is located. We help you understand the options available to catalog data assets and business assets through manual or automated ingestion in the KP Data Discovery Center (KPDDC).
KPDDC Data Quality Reporting
KPDDC Data Quality Reporting is a service that provides visibility to the KP data cataloged, its classification, and where it’s located. The quality metrics identify where additional meta-data needs to be defined.
Request for KPDDC Editing Rights
This service allows KP workers with NUIDs to request editing privileges to ingest and/or update metadata in KPDDC. It can be requested to manage metadata content within KPDDC. Management approval and training are required.
Stewardship and Governance
We promote the stewardship of data across KP. This includes the use of data, and understanding what data exists and where it resides. We connect KP workers to the Data Stewards and foster collaboration across the steward and analytics communities.
Governance of Enterprise Data
We govern the enterprise master data for KP which is used as a structure to organize data, processes, and analytics.
